This was maybe not the best first hike in the Superstition Mountains after flying into Phoenix, but after landing I hit the trail 2 hours
Very rocky trail with mosquitos near the water. Bring a jacket gets windy
Peralta trail to Fremont Saddle is very rocky. It gets windy the higher up you get so bring a light jacket. I will do again.
Great quick hike. Trail is easy to follow and fairly rocky. Peak gives you some great views of Phoenix area.
