Black Butte

Last hike of the weekend. Stormy was tired so we gave him a lift to the top. Spotted some grouse along the trail.

Started at 8:30 to beat the heat. First half shaded. Great views of all 3 Sisters, Mt Washington, Mt Jefferson, Mt Hood, & Mt Adams.

great day for a hike. the weather was warm, with clear blue sky’s. many hikers out today.. I feel very energized and ready to take
