Black Butte

The hike was great. The second mile to the top is mostly exposed so sunscreen is important on sunny days. There was no snow left

We hiked the historic Black Butte trail. From the bottom of the butte. 10.5 miles with 3400 ft gains…Two days later did the shorter route.
