A nice warm-up hike when I am in the neighborhood. Added the small detour via five oak trail for a change in view.
I hiked with Tracie from Hiker-babes. We started early in the morning n we only saw few hikers. Â The weather today is warm, no bugs
This hike definitely challenges me but it was great.  I didn’t see anyone for the first few miles and then not again until the summit.
I absolutely LOVED this hike!  It was easy to find the trailhead and  easy parking. The views at the top were so fantastic for not
Great hiking conditions (temps in low 60’s). Wore lots of layers. Clouds/fog obscured views on the way up. Had some views on the way down.Â
