First time hiking Cuyamaca peak. I arrived early around 0700 excited to run most of the hike. I was virtually alone. Only 6 other hikers,

Fabulous hike. We hiked up a stream and thru at least 3 miles of snow. Wonderful view from the peak.

Trail mostly snow covered, parts of trail basically walking in a creek due to the snow melt.  Wet feet and cold on the way back

Fun hike! Snow about 1.5 miles into the trail. I was looking forward to the beautiful views at the top, but got lots of fog
