Started out nice, the hike is mostly in the sun with little shade and only a little breeze at a few points in the hike.

Started out early to avoid a hot hike. Initial part was beautiful with spring flowers everywhere. Then at 4.5 mi in had a bad reaction

A long one but definitely amazing views at the top so well worth it.  Started at 7:30am and finished by 1pm.  Bugs were definitely annoying

The trail conditions were good but the gnats were incredibly annoying. At about the 5 mile mark they were so intrusive. The weather was great
