Very nice clean porta potties at the gate. Hike starts off steep and stays that way for a while but the top 1/3 is easy.
I took along my 6 yr old son to hike the Volcan. From the main entrance of the Apple Farms, we hiked started the ascent
Beat the crowd only two other cars when we got there. Still some snow in places. They do have porta potties at the trail head.
Started super early, wanted to get it over with 🙂 Bitterly cold with the wind at the top!
So you get to see camels when you drive in, making this hike 100% worth it. Nice hike with a beautiful entrance. Cool look out
