It was the beginning of January, everything closer to the top was snowy in the mountains in Julian. It wasn't snowing when I was there
Great first challenge hike! A few patches of snow lingering along the trail and a few icy/muddy areas. We took the side 5 Oaks  trail
Sunny day, windy near the summit. It's very steep the first half. Small patches of ice in a couple spots but easily handled with hiking
Checked out Volcan Mountain after Cuyamaca Peak! A great day of peaks in Beautiful San Diego
Nice 5 miles moderate hike. Windy on top but the views were amazing! Took the Five Oaks trail up this time and loved it.
