Light winds at the top, stellar views out to Anza-Borrego and Julian. Took the 5 Oak  Canyon Trail down and really enjoyed it!

2nd peak on Leap Day
Two peaks in one day, 1st was Hot Spring then Volcan. Awesome view with windy and cold at the summit
