Beautiful hike with great weather. With the wildflowers blooming we wanted to make this our last training hike for the Tran Catalina Trail in two
Beautiful first hike, should have brought my dog wasn’t sure how difficult it would be.  Loved it!
I took the scenic Five Oaks Trail on the way up but stayed on the main trail on the way down. Everything was fairly green
It was cold in the beginning and fogged in when we started at 0943 hours. Just started to clear as we got to the top
Trail was well maintianed. 8:30 AM start, mid 60's temp, windy, dry. Shade for most of hike until peak.
