Yesterday's hike up to Rose Peak was beautiful! So many wildflowers blooming! My friend guided us, as she had done the 50K marathon many times.

Hike was challenging due to length and considerable “up”, though nothing like Sizer’s short cut.  Sunol, this time of year, is beautiful; with green hills
