Weather was good, nice clear sunny day. Cool in the morning going up in the shade. Bug were not bad at all. Trail was clear

I was originally planning on doing this hike a few weeks ago, but the predictions of rain, thunderstorms, and snow had me cancelling last minute
This hike was beautiful. We were surprised at how few people we encountered on a Saturday. Very enjoyable trail – not too difficult (just long)
