Finally no snow on Baldy!

We started hiking about 11:00 AM because we drove all the way from San Diego and wanted to avoid traffic.  The weather was great as we hikes up the road to the Lodge.  We stopped at the Lodge for a short break and snacks, then headed toward the Devil’s backbone.  We got the the summit at 3:40 PM, took a break, took our photos and headed down.  Made it back to the trailhead at 7:20 PM.  After our last hike on Mt. Baden-Powell, we were glad the snow was melted off.
