A wonderful way to start a Wednesday morning! It was a quick drive to the start of the hike, and then 2.5 hour round trip of hiking. Conditions were spectacular, with beautiful views at the top. On the way down, every step unleashed a flurry of butterfly wings — it felt straight out of a Disney movie. Passed a couple of other hikers, but mostly felt like I had the mountain all to myself.
