What a gorgeous day! And what stunning views! Amazing. Long hike, but we had mild weather and plenty of shade for the beginning and end. I had never been up there before and was just flabbergasted at the view. Seeing the sparkling bay and the city beyond from this unique angle was a real treat.

By the numbers: 8.52 hours, 17.2 miles, 3182′ elevation gain. Started and ended at sea level. Reward = outrageously gorgeous views and 3 chocolate shakes & 1 smoothie at Stinson Beach.
