Hiked with a group

Jumped on trail near sunset. Enjoyed the wildflowers, final bird songs of the night, chirping crickets and an exciting strange call that we’ve never heard before. Sounded kind of like a mix of a coyote call/large cat call…thankfully it stopped as we hiked into the darkness with our headlamps. Great climb and gorgeous sights!
