I grew up in the Almaden Valley and was excited to go to Mt. Umunhum! Â The trails are beautiful, well maintained and well marked (and brand new!). Â The climb was gradual and the view at the top was fantastic. Â Be sure to arrive early for parking. Â It is very limited and by the time we were leaving at noon, the parking was full and several people were waiting for our spot!
