What a beautiful hike!! The whole hike I just wanted to stand and take in the 360 degree scenery. I felt good during this whole hike, there were no really steep sections that required scrambling. The trail was well kept, and fairly easy to follow without going off trail. It also wasn't too busy hiking up, we did pass more people on the hike down but not bad. It was really cool reaching the peak, and BAM seeing Weaver's Needle. There was plenty of room to spread out at the top and have a PB&J sandwich and take some cool pictures. This was my first hike in the Superstition Mountains, and I really enjoyed it! Looking forward to doing more hiking here. Weather on this day was mild. Had no problem with parking, but road leading to trail head is dirt and requires some slower driving.
