Quartz Peak

Astonishing view of the valley, recommended…. Hike is difficult at the end, near the peak, you have to climb a wall of rocks…

Trail was fun to get to. Not hard to drive on but definitely want high clearance and 4WD is helpful, just try and stay out

Hike took a total 4.5 hours.  Uphill climb with a long scramble and trail finding at the end.  Enjoyed the hike.

Great hike, lots of up forever.  Bummer was cloud cover on top so views did not exist for us.  Great hike with great partner.
