Maiden Peak

The trail started out with just a few mosquitoes and then there where none.  The trail was clear until we got to 6200 ft. where

Wheather was raining and snowing  on and off, which is ok for my training. trail was nice well maintained all the way to maiden lake

We should have brought snowshoes for the final climb to the top – we had about 6-8 inches of squeaky snow to trudge through. Very
