A few days ago, 7/26/22, Mason and I did Grays Peak – he did Grays and I did Grays & Grays. Not to be same
I enjoyed the hike overall. My favorite part of the hike was most likely the first two miles and the great views you get on
Short and Sweet, but you'll feel the elevation. Ridge traverse was fun and felt safe. Beautiful wild flowers at the top.
The climb from Crags Campground is a beautiful and steep climb up the west side of Pikes Peak and generally less demanding on the body
Trail conditions were great! Wildflowers, stunning! The road to get there… more stressful than the hike! Luckily, we read about the trailhead and we borrowed
