My first 14-er in the books! It was great! Weather and trail conditions where very nice. Some small patches of snow, but very passable.
Fun hike with a great group!! We were able to do a little bit of glissading.
Left from Iowa Gulch there was some snow and ice on the trail, wind kicked in once you reached the saddle.
Day 1/ Hike 2 of 2 Back to back after Mt. Yale! Very cool trail with train station rails and mines. Short & sweet but
A great fourteener to start with, Sherman is an easier one because you start at 12k feet above tree line. The knife's edge section right
