It was a rainy and long 10 mile hike. Â Trails were muddy and flooding. Â Needed rain gear, however, it did get hot ascending with layers
It was a foggy day summit with pouring rain in between. We spent a long time at Bellows Pipe Shelter listening to the rain and
Muddy trail with lots of wind up top. Cold, about 34°. Snow at the top that melted by the time I got to the bottom.
This was opt in hike/climb for the 2021 challenge. It was ridiculously cold (for April 22nd) and it was snowing the entire hike. The mountain
March 27th I started my way up to summit Mount Greylock in North Adams, MA via the Cheshire Harbor Trail up to the Appalachian Trail.
Was a quite morning hike, view was nice. The raspberry tart at the summit was excellent.
