Our group arrived in the dark…3:30am and we started with our headlamps on.  Got a bit turned around in the beginning but found our way

It was a gorgeous sunrise starting at 6 am at the Oak Grove Fire station off of the 79.  There was a little construction traffic.

Talk about booty burn for the first two miles!!! Beautiful views though! Very nice day today.. I enjoyed this one a lot!

Took my Crossfit/Bootcamp/OCR/Ruck Coach and she expressed how challenging this was for her. She was carrying a 40lb ruck bag and it was 103 degrees.
