High Point

We saw no other hikers this day 🙂 we hiked the small single track trail and  I definitely preferred this stretch versus the Fire Road

Started out at oak grove. 2 miles through a narrow trail. Meetes up with fire road to summit. A long hike uphill. Lots if elevation

Relentless uphill.  This was a tough hike but our group is becoming pretty good and we were able to handle it without to much trouble.

Oak Grove trail to High Point. Only saw 1 hiker on the way up. We were at the top for about 15 minutes, and then

“An Endless Journey” is a fitting moniker for yesterday’s excursion because it literally felt as if we would never reach the High Point peak. Every

great views of Palomar Observatory…Ranger assigned to tower was very helpful in providing information about the area
