Volcan Mountain

Fun hike, good weather.  Sunny, but cool (mid-60’s), and windy when away from the trees.

It was a rainy and foggy day. Steep incline for the first 1.3 miles, about 1/2 mile from the summit there were 35-40 mph wind

Julian, a long scenic drive.  The morning was hot and for a second I was considering not going but glad we started because the breeze

Poppies were blooming, great way to spend Easter.

Completed the last of the San Diego six pack peaks on a gorgeous day. Lots of wildflowers overlooking Julian to wrap up this super fun
