Definitely recommend the 5 oaks trail to head up. Smooth switch backs with a few narrow spots. Gorgeous

Camped at the foot of Cuyamaca and drove the short distance over to the trailhead. Went up Five Oaks this time which was more enjoyable;

Gorgeous weather for a hike! Sun was shining, but perfect breeze was present throughout. The rains helped turn the trail green with wildflowers in bloom.
