Lots of snow/ice on the trail – snow spikes were essential. A bit windy but otherwise, the sun was out and conditions were favorable. Beautiful
I started at the ice house canyon trail head around 10am. It was a good hike with less hikers than expected. The first 3.8 miles
Between Saddel and Peak hit with intermittent snow and ice. Â Might be bruised and battered since we summitted without spikes or crampons, but totally worth
Microspikes definitely needed for this gem of a hike. Absolutely beautiful views at the peak.
