Congratulations to our 2023 Legacy Challengers

2023 marks the 9th year for the Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge Series, and we want to give a big shout out to our Legacy Challengers.

What is a Legacy Challenger?

Legacy Challengers are passionate about hiking. For them, the Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge is not about earning a patch or pin. It's about community. It's about the sense of accomplishment. It's about setting big, gnarly goals and reaching them, year after year. And it's about giving back to the outdoor community. To date, our challengers have raised over $124,000 for outdoor-related non-profits, including Big City Mountaineers, The Heroes Project, and Leave No Trace.

How do you become a Legacy Challenger?

Complete one or more of any of the challenges in the series in each of the past four years. For 2023, that means completing any challenge in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Each Legacy Challenger gets a free registration to Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge of their choice for 2023.

5-Year Finishers

Year Five is the make-it-or-break-it year. It's the point where new Legacy Challengers from the previous year decide whether they have the grit and determination to come back for another helping.

6-Year Finishers

Six years of Six-Packs? You know you are committed when you've reached this milestone.

7-Year Finishers

You've heard of the 7-year itch? These finishers know it's really all about climbing mountains.

8-Year Finishers

One word expresses what it takes to get here: fortitude. These three have been here since our first year back in 2015.
